Why Weekly nutrition guides?
rome wasn’t built in a day. and it also wasn’t built alone. this is why your nutrition plan shouldn’t be done alone either. and the main downfall of any exercise or meal plan is accountability and creativity. so instead of just designing a plan and sending you on your way, my guided plans allow us to meet weekly which will ensure you stay on track or course correct if you happen to slip (because we’re all human and that third cookie will call your name). if you’re already a star in the kitchen, no worries, there’s a guide for you too.

PRIVATE GUIDE
45-60 min. 1:1 weekly virtual sessions that include menu building, conversations on habits, reflecting on goals and previous weeks successes and struggles. Every week, a new menu and shopping list is built for you. You can keep recipes you like or switch certain ones out that weren’t so popular. Private guides include support via text/email.
$40: Consultation (45 min)
$90: 1 session + 1-week menu
$175: 2 weeks (2 sessions + 2 menus)
$320: monthly (4 sessions + 4 menus)

Already a pro at meal planning and don’t need a guide? A la carte meal guides are for you. Each guide is created to fit your goals, needs, and taste buds and includes a single 30 min. consultation, meal guide, and shopping list. No support necessary.
7-day meal guide $75
14-day meal guide $145
1-month meal guide $270

PRIVATE NUTRITION CHEF SERVICES
If you absolutely hate cooking, my in-home sessions include 2 meals from the meal guide built specifically for you and are made by me. Each meal is prepped, packaged in meal prep containers, and your kitchen cleaned up as if I was never there. Please inquire within.
$85/hour plus food cost
