Nicole Crivellaro is a nutrition coach with experience in meal prepping, developing customized nutrition/meal plans, fitness, and teaching healthy food habits. Her background in cooking, nutrition, exercise, catering, restaurant management, and business management has led Nicole to start her own nutrition business. Born and raised in her family's restaurant, Crivellaro's Ristorante, in Easton, Pennsylvania, she learned all about cooking, food, and how to make the perfect meatball. She was always fascinated by how food was digested and how nutrients were absorbed in the body - luckily, chemistry and biology were her favorite subjects in school. When not working in the restaurant, she loved being active, always looking for ways to be outside. Combining her passion for food, nutrition and sports, she quickly realized what she wanted to do when she grew up. Nicole attended James Madison University in Virginia and received a B.S. in Kinesiology while minoring in Exercise Science, Business, and Human Resource Development.
In 2014, Nicole moved to Maryland where she began her career with one of the most prestigious luxury fitness companies - Equinox. Through her years there, she gained experience operating 3 of their locations: Bethesda (MD), Anthem Row (DC), and Tysons Corner (VA). After 8 years, and a wealth of knowledge later, Nicole decided to get back to her old roots and start her own nutrition business.
Nicole’s passion has always been food and cooking, but what drives her to cook is fueled by guiding and teaching others how to cook too. “Exercising is hard enough, eating shouldn't be,” she states. Through a unique combination of nutrition, meal prep, and “food therapy” sessions, Nicole’s mission is to help create a healthy relationship with food, along with providing easy meal guides that fit your exercise regimen, lifestyle and - most importantly - taste buds.
